How do I cancel my subscription on Viki?
To cancel a Viki Pass subscription, follow these steps based on the device used for subscription:

Viki Website (Viki.com) Subscriptions: Log in to the Viki account. Go to the profile in the top right corner. Select 'Subscription & Settings' from the dropdown. Click on 'Cancel Plan' next to the subscription. Answer the survey question and confirm by clicking 'Yes, please cancel'.

Google Play Subscriptions: While logged in on the Android device with the Google account used to subscribe, log in to the Viki Android app. On the bottom menu, go to Me. Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner. Scroll down to Viki Pass > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription. Choose Cancel subscription on the pop-up prompt.

Your name» and click "Subscriptions". Click the Viki (subscription) to review. Click Cancel.
After canceling a subscription, access to benefits will still be available for the remaining time left in the billing cycle or trial period. For example, if a one-year subscription was purchased on Jan 1 for USD 49.99 and the subscription was canceled on July 1, access to the Subscription will be available until Dec 31. However, the renewal subscription of USD 49.99 the following Jan 1 will not be charged, and benefits will end.
